Privacy policy
Glhip Co., Ltd, part of Glhip Inc, operates glhip.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and the enquiries made on it, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. Information we handle for clients during an engagement is covered by that client's engagement agreement. The learning portal at learn.glhip.com has its own notice.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the form on Let's build, we receive what you are trying to do, your name, work email and company, and, if you choose to add them, your role, phone number and how you heard about us. When you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
Information collected automatically. We count page visits anonymously, without cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs to run and secure the site. If you allow it in Cookie preferences, HubSpot records the pages you visit, and if you allow advertising, Google and LinkedIn measure whether our ads led to your visit.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal.
- To manage our business relationship with you and your organisation.
- To understand which pages are read, so we can improve the site.
- To measure our advertising, only if you allow advertising cookies.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
We do not send marketing email unless you have separately asked to receive it, and we do not sell personal information.
Our legal basis
Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand and, for visitors in Europe, the General Data Protection Regulation, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, on the steps needed before a contract when we answer an enquiry, on our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the site, and on legal obligations where they apply.
Cookies
Nothing beyond a note of your choice is stored in your browser until you decide. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie preferences, at the foot of every page. The cookie policy explains each service in plain terms.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers, who act on our instructions and only for the purposes above.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides its anonymous visit counts.
- Cloudinary delivers the site's images and video.
- HubSpot keeps our contact records, including enquiries sent through the form, and with your consent provides site analytics.
- Resend delivers the email that tells our team you have been in touch.
- Google and LinkedIn measure our advertising, only if you allow advertising cookies.
We may also share information with Glhip Inc, our parent company, where needed to serve you, and with authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our providers process information in the United States and other countries. Where information leaves Thailand or the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as the standard contractual clauses in our providers' data processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, typically for the life of your enquiry or our relationship and a reasonable period afterwards, or longer where the law requires. Anonymous visit counts identify no one.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict or stop using it, ask for a copy in a portable form, and withdraw any consent you gave. Send the request to info@glhip.com. We answer within the period the law allows. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand or, in Europe, to your local supervisory authority.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect their information.
