Privacy policy
This page describes what glhip.com collects, which is very little, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you hold under the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand and, for visitors in Europe, the General Data Protection Regulation.

What this website collects
Nothing by default. The site sets no cookies and has no forms live today, and its analytics and CRM tracking, HubSpot, sets no cookies until you allow it in Cookie preferences. Pages are served as static files. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs to operate and secure the service: the requesting address, the browser identifier, the page requested and the time. Those logs are held by the host under its own retention schedule and are not combined with anything else by us.

Who processes data on our behalf
Two providers serve this website. Both act on our instructions and neither receives anything you type here, because there is nothing to type yet.

Fonts are served from our own host through the build, so no request goes to a font service.
Client engagement data is handled under the engagement agreement and is described on Trust and governance, not duplicated here.
Why we process it

Your rights
Under the Thai PDPA and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, ask for a copy in a portable form, and withdraw any consent you gave. Send the request to info@glhip.com. We answer within the statutory period. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand or, in Europe, to your supervisory authority.
International transfers
The website is hosted in the United States and served from edge locations near you. Where personal data moves out of Thailand or the European Economic Area, the transfer rests on the safeguards required by the applicable law. The specific mechanism for each provider: To be confirmed.
Changes to this policy
The reviewed date at the top changes whenever this page does. Material changes, for example the first deployment of analytics or the start form, are noted here before they take effect.
