Convened, per engagement.
Convened, per engagement.
For each engagement we assemble a forward deployed team of principals, each of whom leads their own firm and is chosen because your problem is what they do. There is no bench, so nobody is on your team because they were available.
Accountability is higher, not lower.
- The people who scope it deliver it. Nothing is lost in the handoff from the pitch team to the delivery team, because there is no handoff.
- Reputation is the collateral. An employee assigned to your project can be reassigned next quarter, and it is the firm's reputation on the line, not theirs. A principal who put their own firm's name beside yours cannot walk away without cost.
- The cost structure is different, so the price can be. No bench to carry, no offices to fill, no utilisation targets forcing work into a shape that suits the provider.
One owner per layer, architecture above, governance around.
- Architecture and agent design. Solution architecture, agent design, the data model, the client relationship, enablement.
- Platform and integration. Cloud architecture and migration, ingest connectors and pipelines, security and PDPA aligned data protection, rapid application development. The principal holding this layer runs a Google Cloud partner practice, which is capability in the team rather than a Glhip reseller relationship.
- Commercial strategy. Peer and benchmark models, commercial logic, unit economics, KPI and ROI instrumentation.
- Behavioural design. Why teams do not comply and what makes them act. Nudges, game loops, and a full change playbook.
- Agentic systems engineering. Software that decides and acts rather than waiting to be told, built end to end.
- Governance and risk. AI governance charters, multi jurisdiction privacy, contracts and IP transfer, procurement navigation. Advisory, never legal counsel.
Four stages, and you can stop after any of them.

Frame
Days 1 to 5We start in your systems rather than in a workshop: a data sample, a system inventory, an integration map, and a written statement of the measurable outcome.
Deliverable: a scoped problem with a named success metric and a baseline.
- 02
Prove
Days 6 to 15One working artefact against real data, in your environment. Not a slide, not a mockup.
Deliverable: running software your team can use, plus an honest note on what it cannot yet do.
- 03
Build
Two week sprintsScoped per engagement. Each sprint ends with a demo of running software and a decision point.
Deliverable: the production system, its integrations, its guardrails and its runbook.
- 04
Hand over
Capability transferCapability transfer to your team through Glhip Learning, documentation, and a named owner on your side.
Deliverable: your people running it without us, and the code and models in your accounts.
We would rather you stopped at stage two with something honest than continued to stage four with something that will not hold.
